Leda Elliott

Leda  is a Tai Chi Master, Reiki Master, and the creator of The Five Seasons Method. Her work brings together Taoist philosophy, Chinese medicine, and the living wisdom of Tai Chi and QiGong, reimagined for modern life and accessible to anyone seeking balance, vitality, and renewal.


She grew up in Japan and now lives in New England, carrying with her traditions that honored nature and seasonal living from an early age. She began her training in Wushu and won national and international medals, but what marked her most was the decade she spent studying internal arts under legendary Grandmaster Bow Sim Mark. The practices she learned, energy cultivation, breathwork, the body's capacity for self-healing, changed how she understood movement and wellness completely. They became the foundation for everything she teaches.


Out of a lifelong journey, and through her own experiences of loss, illness, and renewal, she developed The Five Seasons Method. For over three decades, she has been beloved by students for her peaceful, precise, and deeply grounded teaching. She offers in-person and online classes, master classes, teacher training, and programs that reach students around the world.


The Five Seasons Method is her first book, published by Scribner.
